Sensitive data masked before it leaves
National ID numbers, tax IDs, bank accounts, phone numbers, salaries and your own patterns are replaced with tokens before anything reaches the AI provider.
Audit and retention
Who asked, which model, which data, what it cost. Conversations are stored encrypted per company, and you decide how long they are kept.

Upload your SOPs, policies and product catalogues, then connect your database. Answers come with their source, so people can check them.
Company documents
Answers quote the document they came from. Questions nobody can answer yet become a list of documents worth writing.
Your database, read-only
Connect Postgres, MySQL or SQL Server with a read-only account. Your admin picks the tables, and each employee sees only what their role allows.

Honest answers
- Does our data leave our company?
- Whatever is not masked is sent to the AI provider you choose — that is how these models work. What you control is what leaves, who sends it, and the record of it. If nothing may leave at all, run Nano AI on a model hosted on your own servers.
- Can managers read employees' conversations?
- Not by default — admins see usage, not content. A company can switch content access on; employees are told when it is on, and every opening is logged.
- Which AI model is it?
- Whichever you choose: Claude, GPT, Gemini, models via OpenRouter, or your own. You can change it later without your staff learning anything new.
